YITIAN DYNAMIC TOWN II

The Master Plan for Dynamic Town II in Dongguan is large-scale urban development of various Office and Residential typologies that create a synergy for innovation and creative thinking. Low-rise Incubator Office blocks are configured to allow for intermittent Residential units while flanked along the site’s perimeter by high-rise Multi-Family Residential and Office Towers.
