WILANOW MIXED USE

The Wilanow Mixed Use project is a design for the main commercial center within Warsaw’s Wilanow development district. The design encompasses 10 blocks within the district and is the final ‘piece of the puzzle’ in the overall development. The program for the commercial center includes a Retail and F&B Podium, Apartments for rent, Residential for sale, and a series of Office Buildings. The gracious pedestrian street connecting all blocks with a gentle curve is the central feature of the project, leading from users from one park to another. Careful attention as been paid to the overall dimensions of the streetscape and adjoining plazas, so as to make the open space, and not the adjacent buildings, the defining characteristic of the center. Project was created by lead designer Ed Jenkins while Principal at LLA.
