SURGUT CITY MASTER PLAN

he Master Plan for Surgut City in Siberian Russia a is a self-contained development featuring international standard elements to attract users to the oil-rich region. The Master Plan consists of an International University, an Expo/Convention Center, a Medical Center, and Business Innovation Campus, and a Cultural Heritage Site.
