RADWA VILLAGE MASTER PLAN

The Master Plan for the Radwa Village Agricultural Development by STUDIAE encompasses over 20 million m2 of various agricultural enterprises – poultry, fruits, vegetables, aquaponics, and fish hatcheries, among others – intermixed with eco-tourism, worker accommodations, and a village oasis near Tayma, Saudi Arabia. The site is composed of 7 distinct parcels of undulating desert, all of which make up a master plan that is 1 km wide by 8 km deep. Careful consideration is paid to circulation patterns that create bio-security and water run-off systems that address the seasonal flash floods.
