OTHAIM BOULEVARD AT MURCIA

OTHAIM BOULEVARD at Murcia is a 3.2 kilometer Mixed-Use Project bisecting the Murcia Residential Development by NHC with a wide variety of dynamic commercial offerings in grand series of vibrant architectural forms. The various uses along the Boulevard are intermixed in a thoughtful manner to create an continuously interesting Streetscape. The Streetscape is punctuated by Nodes of specific Retail/F&B/Entertainment uses. At the Heart of the Boulevard is a circular multi-level open-air Commercial Center that forms a striking Gateway to the entire development.
In developing the Boulevard’s Master Plan, strong consideration was given to maximizing efficiencies, insuring flexibility in regards
to program, and planning for future adaptive re-use as the commercial market develops and changes over time. The Architectural forms lining the Boulevard are curvilinear and distinct. The idea is to elevate OTHAIM BOULEVARD to a Place in which dynamic, interactive spaces and commercial offerings draw consumers from kilometers away. Alternative Architectures were studied and can be found in the adjoining Appendix.
