ORBELI 23 RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Orbeli 23 is a multi-family residential complex that resides on one of the hills surrounding Yerevan’s center with commanding views in all directions. Conceived on the site of a dilapidated Soviet-era military hospital, the project is programmed to appeal to young adults and IT professionals whose enterprise has recently blossomed in Armenia. Designed as iconic towers around a central spine, the 20-storey blocks bring both a fresh modernity to the city’s architectural landscape.
