OCT ZHANJIANG

Located on the South China Sea adjacent to a state-of-the-art Exhibition Center, OCT Zhanjiang is an organically planned outdoor retail center feature a large entertainment component at the heart of the composition. Undulating multi-level roof structures reach across the retail offer like tentacles providing shade and cover in the hot, humid client of South China. Terraces upon terraces provide outdoor dining space and spectacular views in every direction. The accompanying landscape design accentuates the organic nature of the project while generous pedestrian ramps lead from the plazas below on every side up into the project and onto the elaborate green roofscape.
