OCT NANTONG MASTER PLAN

The Master Plan for OCT Nantong is a 1.2 million m2 development along Nantong, China’s riverfront. The program for the project includes a Happy Harbor Retail Center, Multi-Family Residential, a Cruise Ship Terminal, a Fisherman’s Wharf, a Performing Arts Center, an International Forum/School, a Hotel, and Visitor’s Center.

Project created by lead designer Ed Jenkins while Principal-in-Charge at LLA.
