OCT BAODING

The Master Plan for OCT Baoding places a large-scale commercial development within the parameters of a multi-site sports complex that includes arenas, ball fields, and a man-made lake for rowing events. Water is an organizing factor throughout, helping to mediate between forms of various scales and uses. The overall commercial project includes an multi-level indoor Shopping Center, an outdoor Shopping Village, Family Resort and Boutique Hotels.
