OCEAN CITY CENTER

Ocean City Center is a mixed-use complex adjacent to Zhongshan’s International Convention Center. The project includes a multi-level indoor Retail & Entertainment Center of 95,000 m2, an Office Tower of 30,000 m2, and two Residential Towers totaling 50,000 m2.
