GANJLIK MIXED-USE CENTER

The Ganjlik Mixed-Use Center in Baku is a 17-hectare suburban development near Azerbaijan’s International Stadium. The project consists of a multi-level state-of-the-art Shopping Center above which Multi-Family Residential blocks reside in streamlined forms with gently curving facades to accentuate the development’s forward-thinking character. In addition to the Mall and Residential Towers, a significant portion of the land has been allocated for the creation of 40-plus luxury villas.
