DOSTYK CORPORATE CENTER

The design for Dostyk Center is a competition entry for a 300,000 m2 Class A Corporate Office development along Almaty’s main commercial avenues. Designed as an icon on Almaty’s developing skyline, the central Office Tower is topped by an elegant glass and steel ‘veil’ reminiscent of traditional Kazakh headdresses. The angularity of the surrounding Office Blocks mimic the dramatic mountains surrounding the valley in which Almaty lies. Project created by lead designer Ed Jenkins while Principal-in-Charge at LLA.
