AL LULU ISLAND MASTER PLAN

The competition entry for the 420-hectare Master Plan of Al Lulu Island in Abu Dhabi creates an archipelago of eight islands – 85% of which are inhabited by Luxury Villas and 15% by a central Commercial District. The overall development includes approximately 1,500,000 m2 of buildable area.

Project created by lead designers Ed Jenkins and Khaled Nahas while Principal-in-Charge and Senior Designer at LLA, respectively.
