9 SQUARE

9 Square Center is a contemporary urban development that brings together a lively mix of entertainment, retail, and residential spaces. Comprising eight residential towers, the project is thoughtfully organized to anticipate future connectivity with the planned Metro Station. It is divided into two distinct yet interrelated zones: the retail and entertainment zone lines the north and west façades, while a tiered parking structure with lush roof gardens defines the south and east edges.

At the heart of the development, a three-story atrium filled with shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues is illuminated by natural light streaming through its sweeping, curvilinear roof—casting dynamic patterns across the richly textured stone floors. Architectural elements such as canopies and vertical fins define key entry points, softening the perceived height of the towers and enriching the pedestrian experience along the street. A mix of panel sizes and surface finishes further articulate and break down the building forms, adding depth and visual interest to the overall composition.
